Inoperative locks on exterior doors!!! Lousy Wi-Fi connectivity issues!!! It's frustrating when the climate control doesn't work and everything feels old!!! Lighting in rooms left much to be desired!!!

The hotel has a lovely water station to refill bottles, which kept me hydrated throughout my stay. The indoor pool area felt like a peaceful retreat after busy days—an excellent touch for relaxation.
The mattress in my room could use an upgrade to be more comfortable.
