stayed one night and was shocked by the discomfort of the beds, which should've been plush, and not these abominations they call mattresses. no local news on the TV? what is this, the stone age? i expected at least a complimentary breakfast for such a dreadful experience but alas, false hopes lead to disappointment.

Pet-friendly policy, indoor pool, attractive atrium
Inoperative locks on exterior doors!!! Lousy Wi-Fi connectivity issues!!! It's frustrating when the climate control doesn't work and everything feels old!!! Lighting in rooms left much to be desired!!!

great staff but room comfort needs improvement
Connie at the front desk made my experience unique with her thorough knowledge and assistance on local spots. The hotel has a lovely water station to refill bottles, which kept me hydrated throughout my stay. The indoor pool area felt like a peaceful retreat after busy days—an excellent touch for relaxation.
The mattress in my room could use an upgrade to be more comfortable.
